This Nicaraguan gourmet coffee is medium-light roasted to bring out its naturally mild and fruity brightness. Notes of tropical fruits and rich chocolate yield to a light floral finish.

This Organic Nicaraguan coffee comes from the Ceocafen cooperative organization in Matagalpa, Jinotega and the surrounding regions. This coop focuses on producing the finest quality gourmet coffee using ecological farming practices, as well as improving the lives of its 2,600 active members through the Fair-Trade program.
